Recruitment partners are key stakeholders helping students along their education journeys. Unfortunately, we recognize some do not maintain expected level of ethical and service standards. 

To ensure ApplyBoard maintains a global ecosystem of trust, integrity and transparency, we welcome our partner institutions to submit any recruitment partners and/or international student agents that they have determined they do not wish to work with. 

It is not necessary to provide details, but we encourage you to do so.  We will ensure those recruitment partners are blocked permanently from submission to your institution. ApplyBoard will not share the information submitted and it shall be used for the purpose of ensuring our partner institutions are served with the highest quality of both recruitment partners and student submissions at their direction and control.
