The Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Southampton. This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton.
This program includes English and three academic subject modules. There are three academic pathways to choose from and candidates will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Art and Design.
The Bachelor of Science in Biology and Marine Biology will give graduates knowledge and understanding of living organisms at several levels - from the molecular, through cells and whole organisms and ecosystems. They will also gain an understanding of biology from an evolutionary perspective. Students will learn about the living world from the molecular level to entire ecosystems.
