By choosing to train as a teacher of three to seven-year-olds at London Met, students will be joining a powerful partnership of diverse teachers and schools. London Met places emphasis on learning to teach in an urban multicultural environment that's ideal for working in a city setting. Students will undertake school placements of at least 24 weeks, giving them very strong hands-on practical experience, combined with the benefit of university teaching and support.
London Met's trainees attain high results with almost 100% passing the course, and they have very high rates of employment. Many of their trainees gain employment in their placement schools.
An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
