Students will build the foundations for an in-demand career with La Trobe University's Graduate Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. They will be set up for success by rapidly upskilling in just one semester.
Designed to give strong foundations in logistics best practice, students will get a complete picture of end-to-end supply chains, from procurement and inventory to distribution networks.
Students will learn how to convert supply chain data into actionable knowledge for better decision-making. They will understand how optimizing any part of a supply chain for best practice can help them adapt to a rapidly changing market, and work on case studies and challenges with real-world relevance.
Students will also develop skills in global business and predictive analytics, and understand how to work in international markets and learn how to maintain a competitive advantage while developing an understanding of the costs, risks, benefits and sustainability impacts of global logistics and supply chains.
