ApplyBoard is offering select Recruitment Partners an opportunity to enroll in the ApplyBoard Rewards Program. The ApplyBoard Rewards Program offers select Recruitment Partners a CAD $100 Reward for a unique student ENROLLMENT in any 2025 intake with an Eligible GIC for the same student (“Perk 1”), a CAD $100 Reward for a unique student ENROLLMENT in any 2025 intake with Eligible Loan Application for the same student (“Perk 2”), and a CAD $200 Reward for a unique student ENROLLMENT in any 2025 intake with Eligible GIC AND Eligible Loan Application for the same student (“Perk 3”) (Perk 1, Perk 2 and Perk 3 are collectively “Perks”). A Recruitment Partner is only eligible for a maximum of five (5) Perks.

These Perks shall be in addition to any standard GIC or Loans incentive Recruitment Partners may be entitled to. Restrictions and conditions apply (the “ApplyBoard Rewards Program”).
Enrollment Qualifications. (i) each application is in respect of a NEW and unique full-time international-fee paying student to an Eligible Educational Institution in an Eligible Program (“Student”). An “Eligible Educational Institution” means any institution listed on the ApplyBoard platform. An “Eligible Program” means any program listed on the ApplyBoard platform, excluding ESL programs (ii) the application, which resulted in an Enrollment, is for any 2025 intake in an Eligible Program submitted through the ApplyBoard Platform before December 31, 2024 (11:59 PM ET) . “Enrollment” means the Student is admitted and confirmed enrolled, is commission eligible and all required fees have been paid, confirmation of the Student’s VISA approval has been uploaded to the ApplyBoard Platform within 10 calendar days from the Eligible Program start date, and the Student has not withdrawn, deferred or canceled their enrollment; (iii) the tuition deposit was paid in full, the receipt confirming payment of tuition deposit was uploaded to the ApplyBoard Platform and the receipt was acknowledged by ApplyBoard; and, (iv) Recruitment Partner agrees to ApplyBoard’s standard Recruitment Partner Promotions: General Terms & Conditions attached hereto.
GIC Applications Qualifications. (i) An Eligible GIC Application is submitted. An “Eligible GIC” means a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) submitted by the Student through the ApplyBoard Platform and opened with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) or The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Bank); (ii) each Eligible GIC Application must be opened using the Recruitment Partner specific GIC links provided throughout the ApplyBoard Recruitment Partner Dashboard before December 31, 2024 (11:59 PM ET); (iii) where multiple Eligible GIC Applications are submitted for the same Student, only one (1) will be considered for the ApplyBoard Rewards Program; (iv) the GIC must be confirmed as funded by the financial institution to ApplyBoard directly; and, (v) Recruitment Partner agrees to ApplyBoard’s standard Recruitment Partner Promotions: General Terms & Conditions attached hereto.
Loan Applications Qualifications. (i) An Eligible Loan Application is submitted. An “Eligible Loan Application” means a loan application initiated through the ApplyBoard Platform or ApplyBoard has received Student data for a potential loan application before December 31, 2024 (11:59 PM ET). A “Loan Institution” means a financial institution which ApplyBoard has contracted with to assist students in facilitating financial assistance; (ii) each Eligible Loan Application must be initiated by an ApplyBoard Recruitment Partner by completing the online application form and providing the required supporting document(s), as requested by ApplyBoard, the Student has directly consented to the Loan Institution and submission of their Eligible Loan Application, and the Eligible Loan Application has been successfully submitted to the Loan Institution as evidenced by the unique loan application ID; (iii) where multiple Eligible Loan Applications are submitted for the same Student, only one (1) will be considered for the ApplyBoard Rewards Program; (iv) the Student has received the first tranche of the loan initiated through the ApplyBoard Platform; and, (v) Recruitment Partner agrees to ApplyBoard’s standard Recruitment Partner Promotions: General Terms & Conditions attached hereto
Qualifications for Perk 1, Perk 2 or Perk 3: A Recruitment Partner will be eligible for Perk 1 if all of the conditions are satisfied in the GIC Applications Qualifications and the Enrollment Qualifications sections. A Recruitment Partner will be eligible for Perk 2 if all of the conditions are satisfied in the Loan Applications Qualifications and the Enrollment Qualifications sections. A Recruitment Partner will be eligible for Perk 3 if all of the conditions are satisfied in Perk 1 and the Loan Applications Qualifications section.
Availability of the ApplyBoard Rewards Program is not guaranteed and in all cases is subject to change or exclusion based on ApplyBoard’s contractual arrangements with each Eligible Educational Institution. Recruitment Partners are only eligible for a maximum of five (5) Perks. ApplyBoard may, in its sole discretion, disqualify a Recruitment Partner from participating in this ApplyBoard Rewards Program for misconduct. ApplyBoard’s Recruitment Partner and Counsellor Terms and Conditions and ApplyBoard’s Recruitment Partner/Counsellor Essential Terms shall continue to be of force and effect at all times during the term of this ApplyBoard Rewards Program and shall take priority in the event of any conflict with this ApplyBoard Rewards Program. This ApplyBoard Rewards Program can be combined with other ApplyBoard promotions.
Payment. Perk 1, Perk 2 and Perk 3 for this ApplyBoard Rewards Program will be processed once all qualifications for Perk 1, Perk 2 or Perk 3 have been satisfied and in accordance with a set schedule and processed at regular intervals determined by ApplyBoard and will be reflected in your ApplyBoard RP eWallet. You will be entitled to the Perks only if the applicable conditions in the “Qualifications” sections are satisfied. ApplyBoard reserves the right to retract in full the compensation if such conditions are not met. Payment of commission is subject to all terms and conditions in the ApplyBoard Recruitment Partner and Counsellor Terms and Conditions and will be made in accordance with standard ApplyBoard business practices.
RECRUITMENT PARTNER PROMOTIONS: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When participating in a recruitment partner promotion of ApplyBoard Inc. (“ApplyBoard”), in addition to the promotion-specific terms stated in communications and/or marketing materials made available, the following general terms and conditions apply:
Qualification. Qualification/Eligibility criteria for the promotion are as set out in the promotion’s communications and marketing materials.
Owner Accounts only. Recruitment partner owner accounts may participate in the promotion; submissions from staff accounts will be considered as submitted by the owner account.
Administration. ApplyBoard reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or extend the promotion or terms thereof without prior notice. ApplyBoard may exercise discretion and judgment in administering the promotion and decisions of ApplyBoard regarding the promotion are binding.
Disqualification. ApplyBoard has the right to disqualify from the promotion any person that ApplyBoard reasonably believes: (i) has submitted untrue, deceptive, misleading or fraudulent information; (ii) has abused, harassed or threatened any student, Institution or ApplyBoard; (iii) has failed to comply with applicable laws; (iv) has or has attempted to disrupt or interfere with the administration, fairness or integrity of the promotion; or (iv) has breached the terms of any agreement between the recruitment partner and ApplyBoard.
Other Promotions. Promotions cannot be combined. Submissions in respect of the promotion (and other items from the same student journey) will not be eligible for any other ApplyBoard promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.
Liability. ApplyBoard, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives and agents will not have any liability arising out of or in connection with the promotion for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, whether an action is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
Applicable Laws. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. The promotion terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that may require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
Amendment. ApplyBoard reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions and/or the terms and conditions specific to a promotion from time to time without prior notice.
Force majeure. ApplyBoard will not be liable for anything caused by any event beyond its reasonable control, including, for example, an act of government, pandemic, epidemic, flood, fire, earthquake, civil unrest, act of terror, strike or other labor problem, Internet service provider failure or delay or denial of service attack.
Retractions from advance promotional benefits. Where the promotion-specific terms indicate that the promotional benefit may be paid in advance and before it is earned, entitlement to the promotion remains subject to all applicable terms and conditions for the promotion. If such conditions are not met or terms are breached, ApplyBoard reserves the right to retract in full the promotional benefit issued in advance. If retractions cannot be actioned due to insufficient funds, deductions on future commission earnings may be enforced.
Promotional Benefits. All monetary amounts are in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise in the communications and marketing material for the promotion. If the promotion offers a promotional benefit (such as, for example, and without limitation a cash bonus, ApplyCredits, or a fee discount or waiver), such benefits are not substitutable, exchangeable, or convertible except at ApplyBoard’s sole discretion. ApplyBoard may award promotional amounts in the form of set-off against amounts owing to ApplyBoard, where applicable. Recruitment partners are solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes and reporting any taxable income associated with promotional benefits. ApplyBoard is not responsible for any recruitment partner’s failure to receive a promotional benefit due to the recruitment partner’s provision of incorrect or incomplete information to ApplyBoard or failure to undertake the actions required in order to accept the promotional benefit.
