Kinesiology is the study of human movement, sport and physical activity. Students can study psychology, motor control, biomechanics, physiology and health in premier kinesiology and physical education facilities. Hands-on learning opportunities are integral to this program.
In students' third and fourth year, they may choose to focus their studies in one of four concentration areas:

- Movement, Health and Development
- Physical Activity Education and Promotion
- Sport Development and Management

Co-op is a way to integrate what students are learning in the classroom with practical experience in their field of study. They will build their resume, earn money, develop their network, and graduate with work experience.
