Program Description
In our Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Humanities with Leadership Foundations program, you'll immerse yourself in the problems that leaders and organizations face today. You'll learn how to create long-lasting solutions that consider larger historical and cultural contexts. By studying ethics, history, literature, and other arts and science disciplines, you'll broaden your understanding of contemporary issues.
Courses in leadership will help you understand leadership theory and prepare you for what is needed to inspire, motivate and bring about meaningful change. You'll begin your studies with a multidisciplinary seminar, exploring a contemporary problem from multiple angles. At the end of your studies, you'll take a capstone, problem-based seminar that will allow you to integrate your education and help you become an exceptional leader who has the knowledge and skills to make a difference.
