Program Description
At University of Windsor, students can pursue studies in mathematics, statistics, mathematics and computer science, mathematics and education, mathematics and finance or combine math with any other major, for example, music or physics.
The programs include a core of rigorous courses in mathematics and statistics designed to give students a solid foundation in the theory and techniques required to enhance critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills. Students will appreciate the beauty and ubiquitous application of mathematics.
The program structure allows every student to explore a wide variety of courses outside of mathematics. For example, in year one students will take four math courses, two computer science courses, and four other courses in any subject for which they have an interest.
