Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Drama and English Literature and Creative Writing (NDS)

The Dramatic Art and English Language and Creative Writing combined program is offered jointly between the School of Dramatic Art and the English Department.

Dramatic Art offers students a welcoming community and a thriving and energized student experience that will challenge and prepare them for a lifelong career. Through Dramatic Art, students will learn to express themselves confidently, assertively, and purposefully in front of an audience using both verbal and nonverbal communication techniques.

Through English Literature and Creative Writing, students will gain a full academic honours degree in addition to intensive year-by-year training in writing, editing, and publishing – an excellent passport to a wide variety of careers. This program also teaches students to assert their knowledge, ideas, and opinions in persuasive writing with correct grammar and vocabulary.
