The Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Southampton. This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton.
This program includes English and three academic subject modules. There are three academic pathways to choose from and candidates will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Art and Design.
Biomedical engineers design, develop and deliver the health and wellbeing devices of the future. On the Integrated Master's in Biomedical Engineering graduates will study key aspects of biomedicine, electronics and computer science. They will have the opportunity to tailor their degree to their liking by choosing a specialist pathway.
With all economies facing an increase in health spending, engineers and computer scientists have an ever-increasing role to play in inventing solutions for healthcare and treatment. Biomedical engineers work to bridge this gap.
