The Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Southampton. This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton.
This program includes English and three academic subject modules. There are three academic pathways to choose from and candidates will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Art and Design.
The Integrated Master's in Mechanical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering combines engineering skills with biology and medicine. Graduates will learn to design, develop and test medical devices and specialize in areas that interest them like implants, biomaterials and orthopedics. Biomedical engineering is a growing field, so this course will help students find a rewarding career as a chartered engineer.
