The Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Southampton. This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton.
This program includes English and three academic subject modules. There are three academic pathways to choose from and candidates will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Art and Design.
The Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (MORSE) is a broad, business-oriented mathematics degree. It's ideal for graduates thinking of a career as a professional mathematician, researcher, statistician or economist. They will apply their maths skills to the social sciences, and help solve complex problems. Students will combine mathematics, statistics, operational research and economics, and learn how to use them in varied contexts.
