Bachelor of Fine Arts - Theatre - Acting

The Bachelor of Fine Arts Theatre in Acting major at University of South Dakota, students will master the craft of acting through proven performance techniques. Here, students will grow personally and creatively as they prepare for a professional acting career. This program provides students with coursework and extracurricular activities where they will discover endless opportunities to challenge themselves, such as stage combat, dialect training and movement skills. Students may be admitted into this specialization with permission of the theatre faculty after completing an interview and audition or portfolio presentation.
