4-Term Pathway - Undergraduate Foundation Program - Business - Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Economics

At ONCAMPUS Reading, students are able to prepare for degree study with the opportunity for guaranteed progression to a variety of undergraduate degrees at the University of Reading. The program is specifically designed to assist international students who have completed senior secondary education in their transition to undergraduate studies at the University of Reading. Upon successful completion of the University Foundation Program with the required level of attainment in all academic areas and the necessary English language score, students will have the chance to seamlessly move on to a suitable undergraduate program at the University of Reading. The University Foundation Program is set at NQF level 3, which is equivalent to A level standard in the University Kingdom.

The majority of programs offered last for one academic year, consisting of three terms of seven to eight teaching weeks each and one examination week. On average, students will engage in 21 (and up to 25) hours of classroom-based study per week.

The BA Economics degree is a three-year course that focuses on the application of economic tools to various markets and situations. Students will develop the skills, knowledge, and understanding needed to solve complex problems faced by policy makers and businesses globally.
