Program Description
The Master’s in Human Resources with Employment Law programme enables professionals to specialise in the legal aspects of human resource management and employment. With modules focusing on Global Business Strategy and Strategic Human Resource Management, Employment Law, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, students will develop a broad comprehension of the most important concepts in people management in both a legal and global context.
The MSc Human Resources with Employment Law programme prepares both entry-level and established professionals to develop their career as either HRM leaders, managers, general managers and HR business specialists.
Students will develop their understanding of Human Resource Management and Leadership across a variety of organizational settings, taking into account the way national and international contexts impact upon people management. They will also gain a critical understanding of the legal framework governing human resources and employment.
