In this program students will learn how to lead athletes, orchestrate events and evoke emotions by pursuing the BSc Sport & Event Management degree at UE.

With events like the FIFA World Cup and global music festivals now celebrated as major cultural phenomena, and sports clubs evolving into major corporations, this field is not only becoming more exhilarating, but also increasingly lucrative.
A degree in Sport and Event Management from UE equips students to shape this dynamic industry. Combining a bachelor’s degree in sport and a bachelor’s degree in event management, this programme will teach students essential management and leadership skills in sports and events management, business administration, economics and basic law. Learning from our esteemed lecturers, students will have the unique opportunity to tailor their studies and forge their career paths.
eSports Specialisation
You study the specialisation in addition to your studies in one of the following Bachelor programmes:
- Digital Media & Marketing (BSc)
- Digital Business & Data Science (BSc)
- Game Design (BA)
- Sports & Event Management (BSc)
The specialization is thus characterized by an interdisciplinary character, which includes both creative-design and economic-organizational content. In the sense of a real and global eSports experience, the teaching is done exclusively on a virtual way and in English.
Due to these special features, a real unique position is created compared to other study programmes. The specialisation has one module in each of the first four semesters:
- eSports Industry (1st semester)
- eSports Games & Analytics (2nd semester)
- eSports Athlete & Team Coaching (3rd semester)
- eSports Future Prospects & Case Studies (4th semester).
