Bachelor of Arts (with Honours) - International Relations and Politics with a Year Abroad

Studying International Relations and Politics, students will explore the close links between domestic and international politics. UEA graduates go on to exciting and rewarding careers in a variety of areas, working for international agencies, parliaments, political parties, charities, non-government organisations (NGOs), think-tanks, and other fields. 

On the BA International Relations and Politics degree, students will be taught by cutting-edge specialists in both disciplines. They will look at the political systems of powerful countries in different regions such as the United States, the EU, China and Japan in East Asia, or India. Students will explore the causes and significance of different types of conflict, and the role of the media in shaping domestic politics and foreign policy.  This International Relations and Politics course prepares graduates for a variety of career paths in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
