Bachelor of Nursing - Adult Nursing

The course will prepare students to become registered adult nurses and they will learn how to assess, plan, and evaluate the needs of patients with complex acute and long-term illnesses, promote health and wellbeing, and communicate effectively with professional colleagues and service users. They will learn to become an adaptable, flexible practitioner who will be able to lead care, supervise others, and work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment. 

This Adult Nursing degree is a dynamic, interactive professional course that places the needs of patients and their families, and Adult Nursing practice at its center. The Programme Team is committed to supporting them to realize their potential to become a compassionate, competent, and autonomous Adult Nurse, able to meet current and future healthcare demands. 

The university also works in partnership with a wide range of Trusts which enables us to provide placements covering a large geographical area that includes Wirral, Warrington, Cheshire, Crewe, and Shropshire.
