Program Description
Game Development is a huge and evolving industry. UCM offers a Computer Science degree with an option of game design and development. Their program will equip students with the foundation needed for any computing career, but this option has an intentional focus on the skills needed to design the next great gaming title, simulation, or educational application. With the demand for qualified technical personnel far exceeding the available supply, the opportunities awaiting computer science graduates are nearly limitless. In this program, students will develop the necessary skills to design and implement video games and simulations. Current game technologies, such as Unity, are utilized in the classroom.
