Students can jump-start their engineering studies with foundation courses in their first year at Thompson Rivers University, then transfer to UBC or UVic to complete their degree. Students will also have the opportunity to continue their studies at Thompson Rivers University by joining the 2nd year of the BEng Software Engineering program.
After completing the Engineering Transfer program, students will be able to continue a degree in biological, biomedical, civil, chemical, computer, electrical, environmental, geological, geo-technical, integrated, materials, mechanical, mining, software, engineering physics, and other engineering specialties at UBC or UVic.
Upon completing their degree, students will have the opportunity to become an Engineer in Training, working under the supervision of professional engineers to earn their Professional Engineer (PEng) status.
