About Master of Arts (Honours) - Classical Studies (Q810)
The Master of Arts Classical Studies program, students will have the opportunity to combine the study of the classical world, including history, archaeology, and literature. While it is not mandatory, students may choose to take ancient Greek or Latin as part of their studies.
The Graeco-Roman world offers a wealth of evidence for exploration. From various disciplinary perspectives, students will be able to delve into this inherently fascinating world and develop a comprehensive understanding of Greek and Roman civilizations.
Approaching the study of the classical world from a multi-disciplinary standpoint allows students to gain a well-rounded perspective on the origins of European civilization through the integration of philological, historical, and archaeological inquiry.
