Program Description
If students want to build their knowledge and experience of international business and human resource management (HRM) for their career as a future business leader, then this course is for them.
Students gain an understanding of the complex and changing context of HRM, and the importance of organizational culture, resilience and sustainability in turbulent business environments in an international context.
Students develop an awareness of contemporary HRM issues in readiness for being a future-thinking practitioner with cutting-edge knowledge of human resource developments.
The applied element allows students to develop practice-based solutions to real-world problems. Students take on a consultancy role, working on projects or internships, identifying opportunities and ideas, before going on to present strategic solutions to the client. They develop personal and professional knowledge, skills and behaviours through a process of self-reflection on their practice.
