College Diploma - Digital Marketing (Co-op)

A career in digital marketing can take individuals in many directions—branding, content creation, social media management, marketing research, public relations, e-commerce, or advertising. Jobs in these areas can be found in almost every sector, including health agencies, natural resource companies, and non-profit organizations.

The applied curriculum includes digital content creation, branding, website design, web analytics, online consumer psychology, social media marketing, and other emerging trends to prepare students for success in today’s business environment.

Students will develop on-the-job skills, introduce themselves to different employers, and test-drive various types of jobs over the year through three consecutive four-month paid co-operative education work terms.

They will immerse themselves in the latest digital marketing trends and innovations while establishing a strong foundation in time-tested marketing strategies.

Students will receive a hands-on education in developing digital marketing plans that integrate marketing, advertising, sales, and logistics across physical and digital channels, utilizing social media, website design, and analytics. They will also have opportunities to engage with the community, as the Digital Marketing program allows them to work on real projects for community-based organizations.
