About Master of Arts - Conflict Analysis and Management (Optional Internship)
The MA in Conflict Analysis and Management is a two-year, interdisciplinary graduate program. Students will examine the full spectrum of conflict, from interpersonal to international. Students will gain a holistic, systemic, cross-cultural approach to understand and manage it.
Royal Roads University helps students create self-awareness of their own role in conflict, and how they can make a difference. Students will examine contemporary and innovative research. Students will apply that research to build skills in facilitation, negotiation and mediation. In learning to appreciate their strengths and limitations, students will become a reflective practitioner in the expanding field of conflict management.
