Associate Degree in Aviation - Professional Pilots - Bendigo Campus:
The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology Flight Training has successfully trained over 3,000 pilots since 1994. Students will be well-situated for employment given the continuing shortage of pilots and flight instructors in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
In this flight training qualification, students will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to apply for a recreational pilot license (RPL), a private pilot license (PPL) and gain the aeronautical knowledge, practical skills and appropriate behaviors required to achieve the CASA certification as a Commercial Pilot. In the final semester, students will have a choice between instrument rating (IREX) with a frozen Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Instructor Rating (FIR).
