As a graduate of this degree, students will possess an understanding of the fundamental areas of legal knowledge, the Australian legal system and its underlying principles and concepts (including international and comparative contexts), the broad theoretical basis of the law and its social context, the principles and values of justice and ethical practice in a technology impacted, evolving legal system.
