This Physiotherapy BSc degree will teach students how to support individuals with a range of circumstances including injury, diseases and the impact of ageing to optimise their movement and function, and to make a good recovery.
This hands-on physiotherapy degree has been developed in collaboration with London Metropolitan's highly experienced partners, from a wide variety of health and social care settings, to create a comprehensive and exciting curriculum. Students will gain invaluable experience through a variety of practice placements opportunities across the NHS, private and third sector to prepare them for a career as a physiotherapist. Students will also be introduced to the most up-to-date scientific knowledge of the human body, health and disease, research underpinning contemporary physiotherapy theory and practice, and health promotion practice used to promote population health so they'll be ready to hit the ground running after graduation.
