Students will learn all about the world of internet fraud in London Metropolitan University's intensive Digital Forensics and Cyber Security BSc (Hons) degree. In this course students will discover techniques for stopping hackers, analyse risks and troubleshoot security issues on the latest gadgets.
London Metropolitan University's Cyber Security Research Centre provides a secure environment for students to study alongside industry partners. Students will also get to work on live projects, giving them experience of the real working world.
This cutting-edge course is designed to put students at the forefront of computer security, with the curriculum regularly updated to keep up with the industry. Students will study the prevention, detection, correction and conviction of digital crimes and enhance their essential knowledge of computing principles such as programming, communication networks and information systems. In addition, the course also allows students to understand computer-related crimes, relevant laws and methodical approaches to crime investigation.
An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
