The MSc Human Resource Management course equips students with the knowledge and skills to perform effectively as people management practitioners in various business environments and sectors. They will develop a deep understanding of strategic people management, as well as managerial and business practices.
Learners will analyze and apply theories and techniques to tackle complex issues, problems, and situations, gaining a strategic outlook on people management in both external and internal business settings.
This Master's course, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), enables students to practice ethical and well-informed quantitative and qualitative decision-making, while fostering creativity and transferable skills for use in organizational and professional contexts with a focus on inclusivity, equality, diversity, and culture awareness.
