Applicants of this Master's course, could already be working as a construction professional and be aiming to enhance their knowledge, or they could be from a technical background including engineering or architectural technology, and want to build their business acumen and management skills. This course will help, both, gain the expertise to manage smart construction and innovation, project procurement and the commercial and financial management of construction.

The School of Built Environment, Engineering & Computing is home to the Centre for Knowledge Exchange (CKE), an enterprise hub that connects LBU with the regional built environment sector through seminars, workshops and networking events. It also runs two business networks, which support and enhance the activity of the school and helps to ensure that the MSc Construction Management course meets the rigorous standards expected in industry: Constructing Excellence Yorkshire & Humber and ThinkBIM.
