2-Term Pathway - Pre-Master's in Business and Management - Continue to Master of Laws - International Business and Corporate Law

This program will prepare studsents for entry to a postgraduate degree at the triple-accredited Lancaster University Management School, ranked world top 70 for Business and Management Studies (QS World University Rankings by Subject 2023).

Studying this course, students will complete the ‘Corporations in International Business Law’ module. This covers the international perspective on business law and its impact on corporations, as well as looking at the globalised economy. Students will also examine the strengths and weaknesses of UK corporate law.

Although international business and corporate law will be the focus, students will have the flexibility to focus on their particular interests by choosing from a wide range of optional modules. Many students specialising in this area look at law makers and regulators in the international business environment, while others explore environmental issues or intellectual property law and its relationship with international law.
