If students are passionate about improving healthcare through digital technologies, La Trobe's Graduate Certificate in Digital Health gives them the hands-on skills, knowledge and experience they need to advance their career in the digital health landscape.

Designed in collaboration with industry to meet the evolving health needs of individuals and communities, students will develop broad knowledge and essential skills in new and emerging areas of technology, computer science and health. This includes virtual and telehealth, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), epidemiology and biostatistics, data analytics and more.

Students will graduate ready to advance their career and make a real impact by shaping an accessible, progressive and secure healthcare system. If students are considering further study, they can also pursue La Trobe's Master of Digital Health, with the opportunity to receive advanced standing for up to six months of full-time study.

  • Learn how to use digital platforms as powerful tools for effective health communication.
• Strategic digital transformation of health
  • Examine organizational readiness for digital transformation and understand how strategies and roadmaps can support these journeys.
• Digital health design and implementation
  • Co-design solutions using learning health system and implementation science approaches.
