Program Description

At JVH, we celebrate the development and evolution of learning opportunities in partnerships with students, families, staff, and community. We are privileged to be one of British Columbia’s growing number of K-12 schools, and our learning community spans all ages, including early learners and adult learners. We intend to continue to develop learning experiences that are relevant, engaging, and rigorous and that help develop excitement and empowerment for lifelong learning.

Our school district’s Board of Education recognizes and promotes the idea that learning and success are not easily defined and are multi-dimensional. With this in mind, these are the following qualities that we aim to instill in all students:

• All students will develop a confidence to advocate for their personal learning needs
