Program Description
Students will learn to create high-quality media for film, tv, radio and digital. They will develop industry knowledge that spans media, communication and creative sectors. Learning both theoretical and practical aspects of the industry will give them the confidence, understanding and critical thinking needed to confidently pitch their work to clients. Here on campus, students have access to industry-standard recording and editing equipment and teaching led by the latest media and mobile technology research. Students' technical skills, confidence, and desire to make an impact on the world will give them the competitive advantage they need to succeed.
Students can tailor their degree to include the subjects that interests them most. There is access to a wide range of optional modules that meet their future career aspirations. Some students choose to focus on a particular path, for example, marketing and advertising. Others choose a broad mix and explore different specialisms such as communications law, digital sociology, or arts journalism. Students will also have the opportunity to study abroad on an international exchange program.
