Global First Year (2-Semester) - Bachelor of Business Administration - Marketing

The FIU Global First Year Program combines credit-bearing courses from the first year of a student’s degree with additional support services, instruction tailored to their academic and language level, and cultural experiences, all aimed at ensuring their future success. The Global First Year experience goes beyond academic, language, and cultural growth, offering the Career Accelerator program for international students. This program includes four semesters of professional development and career guidance, skills-based training, exclusive internship opportunities, workshops, real-world experiences, and cross-cultural group work.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, students will learn how to influence buyer behavior, analyze markets, develop marketing strategies, create marketing plans, calculate pricing, and interpret market research. Graduates of the program will be equipped to pursue careers in sales, advertising, distribution and logistics, and international marketing. Potential job opportunities include roles such as Advertising and Promotions Managers, Sales Managers, Wholesale and Retail Buyers, Public Relations Specialists, and Demonstrators and Product Promoters.
