Master of Science - Management - Semester Abroad

The Master in Management program focuses on strategic topics, providing the foresight needed to assess complex issues and create a lasting positive impact on businesses. The program offers intensive training in strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, all with a global mindset. It broadens horizons and fosters personal development, as those who inspire change can make a difference in the world of tomorrow.

The degree program consists of four semesters (120 ECTS) and incorporates intensive cooperation with companies into most courses, where students work on practice-related projects supervised and coached by faculty members. In the first semester, alongside the practical Onboarding Project, the strategic, economic, and financial foundations are established through core modules. The second semester provides the opportunity to specialize in elective modules and further enhance practical experience through a five-week internship and the Consulting Field Project, where students collaborate on a business challenge in an international team.

The final two semesters of the program are devoted to an international experience at one of EBS' partner universities (Semester Abroad Track) and the completion of a final thesis. An additional semester abroad in the Semester Abroad Track also offers the option of obtaining a double degree.

During the studies, key competencies for future careers are developed through Professional Development Workshops, while individual coaching from the EBS Coaching & Leadership Hub prepares students for leadership roles. Additionally, there is the opportunity to further develop international language skills through foreign language courses at the EBS Language Centre.
