Bachelor of Science - Mathematics

Undergraduate students take math classes at Chatham to meet a requirement or proficiency, as part of a major or minor in math, or just for the enjoyment of it. Students learn mathematics from motivated instructors who combine lectures with computer learning and student presentations. Math faculty have even been known to juggle in class or hold class outside when the weather is nice. Majors and minors in mathematics receive a great deal of personal attention, as higher-level courses often contain 3-7 students.

Chatham's Mathematics courses prepare students for graduate or engineering study, employment in industry, or for elementary or secondary certification.
