About Associate of Arts

Yorkville University's Associate of Arts program equips students with the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue further university studies and professional success. This degree is equal to the first two years of a four-year bachelor’s degree. This means students can transfer their credits directly into the third year of various university bachelor’s degree programs and continue specializing in their chosen field.

The program's holistic curriculum develops the ability to analyze, synthesize, and integrate knowledge, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills. Designed for personal and professional growth, the Associate of Arts program provides a strong foundation for further studies while equipping students with essential career skills.

The Associate of Arts program is 20 courses over 5 terms or 60 Cr. H and can be completed in 1.5 to 2 years.

A $10,000 scholarship is currently applied to the Bachelor of Interior design's tuition fees. This scholarship is exclusive to applicants through ApplyBoard! (May not apply to all regions)
