Program Description
Still deciding what to major in?
Don't worry. If a student doesn't know what they want to study yet, they're in good company.
A nationwide study estimates that 80% of entering college students are uncertain of their field of study, and more than half of first-year students change their major at least once.
One of the most important aspects of a university experience is the opportunity to explore various interests. The general education curriculum students will cover as a freshman and sophomore will prepare them to identify their goals and embark on their path to reaching them.
Students can get a lot from WSU while they're deciding what major suits them best.
Supplemental Pre-Professional tracks are available for students interested in pursuing further professional education. If there is interest in one of these tracks in addition to the degree, please let the recruiter know. The options are:
- Pre-Dentistry
- Pre-Law
- Pre-Medicine
- Pre-Occupational Therapy
- Pre-Optometry
- Pre-Pharmacy
- Pre-Physical Therapy
- Pre-Veterinary Medicine
