Program Description
Spanish is the fourth most spoken language in the world, and it is spoken in Spain, Central America, South America, and parts of the Caribbean, the United States, and the Philippines, to name a few.
WSU's faculty come from a variety of Spanish-speaking countries, including Mexico, Puerto Rico, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, and Costa Rica, many of whom are native speakers of Spanish, and who bring first-hand cultural knowledge and experiences that enhance our program and the learning experiences for our students.
