Associate of Science - Baking and Pastry Management

The Baking and Pastry Management Associate in Science (A.S.) degree program at Valencia College prepares graduates to go directly into a specialized career within the culinary industry.

If students have an interest in creating visual masterpieces and developing their culinary skills around baking and pastry arts, this is the program for them. The program combines superb instruction and state-of-the art production kitchens and facilities with hands-on experience in confectionary artistry, including creating breads, pastries, cakes, chocolates and more. Students are taught by some of the best chefs in the world, including instructors from Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando.
