This program prepares professionals with a master's degree in mathematics, statistics or a related field for career advancement, doctoral study, a teaching career or government or industry positions.

The diverse, expert faculty share their experience and provide opportunities for students to collaborate and get involved in primary research.

After fulfilling core requirements in matrix theory and statistical inference, students will pursue either a thesis or non-thesis track.

If students pursue the non-thesis track, they will choose from mathematics research, statistics research or a capstone project in either mathematics or statistics.
