About Rotman Summer School Program - Online

With the intensifying trend of competition, there's an increasing urgency in the business sector to have a workforce that can adapt to market changes. The demands on professionals now extend beyond qualitative skills like team management, guidance, and leadership; they require a close alignment with industry developments and the best practices in business management to achieve their individual objectives.

The Rotman School of Management has launched an online Pre-Bachelor of Commerce short-term interest course program. This program offers an innovative learning experience by combining theory and practical methods. Its curriculum is centered on expert instruction, alumni guidance, and peer interaction, enhancing the professionalism, authority, and interactivity of the program within a short period of time.

This program will enable students to:

  • Gain an intuitive understanding of their interests and explore their innate talents in the field of commerce through financial literacy assessments and training.
  • Deepen their understanding of economics, finance, management, and marketing skills, laying a solid foundation in commerce.
  • Master the study skills and presentation techniques necessary for undergraduate studies, preparing them for the pace of post-secondary education in advance.
  • Enhance self-management, time management, and project management skills through the Capstone Project.
  • Gain insights into career prospects and paths in various business disciplines through guest lectures.
  • Have opportunities to connect with professors, industry professionals, and promising   alumni.
  • Obtain personalized recommendation letters from professors upon meeting specific criteria or receiving their recognition.

Students who complete this program will not receive a degree, as it is a non-degree program.
