About 2-Term Pathway - International Year One in Engineering - Continue to Master of Engineering (Honours) - Aerospace Engineering

Program Description

If students have completed high school with good grades but don’t qualify for entry to an undergraduate degree, they could study an International Year One, which combines university preparation with degree 1st year.

MEng(Hons) Aerospace Engineering has been designed in response to an increasing demand for qualified aerospace engineers and with input from regional aerospace partners to give students the industry relevant skills and graduate attributes needed to become the technical specialists and leaders of tomorrow within the aerospace industry. This course equips students with industry knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the aerospace design and build process.

Study materials and manufacturing, stress and dynamics, energy and thermodynamics to gain a solid grounding in aerospace engineering principles in the first year. Specialize in the second year through the Systems, Design and Manufacturing pathways. Students will be taught in UWE Bristol's new state-of-the-art School of Engineering designed to revolutionize the way engineering is taught. Featuring engine test cells, dedicated collaborative learning spaces and all of the latest high-tech equipment, it's purpose-built to support a wide range of engineering disciplines.
