Program Description
If students have finished high school but don’t meet the entry requirements for university, a Foundation Certificate can help them gain entry to an undergraduate degree.MEng(Hons) Aerospace Engineering with Pilot Studies has been designed in response to an increasing demand for qualified aerospace engineers and from regional aerospace partners to give students the industry relevant skills and graduate attributes needed to become the technical specialists and leaders of tomorrow within the aerospace industry. This course equips students with industry knowledge, as well as an in-depth understanding of the aerospace design and build process.
Study materials and manufacturing, stress and dynamics, energy and thermodynamics and Engineering mathematics and Introduction to Aeronautics to gain a solid grounding in aerospace engineering principles in the first year. Specialize in the second year through the Systems, Design and Manufacturing pathways.
