Program Description
The MSc in Human Resources Management will give students the skills they need to help organisations of all kinds lead with dynamic, forward-thinking HR.
The Univeristy of Surrey combines engaging academic study with the development of important professional skills that will impress prospective employers. This course is also accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
This course has a strong applied focus; for instance, studnets will receive essential training in HR analytics and research skills and then apply what they've learnt in a professional organisation.
The course structure also closely follows the requirements for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development’s (CIPD) Advanced Diploma in HRM, offering students the opportunity to become a Chartered Member of the CIPD after successfully completing all the modules specified in their requirements.
