The Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Southampton. This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton.

This program includes English and three academic subject modules. There are three academic pathways to choose from and candidates will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Humanities and Social Sciences and Art and Design.

Graduates of the Bachelor of Arts in English with Creative Writing will develop their creative and critical writing and discover the links between literature and visual culture, science, and politics. Their final project lets them complete an extended piece of imaginative writing. Students will be guided by the University of Southampton's award-winning novelists, journalists and playwrights.
