The Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Southampton. This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton.
This program includes English and three academic subject modules. There are three academic pathways to choose from and candidates will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Art and Design.
The Integrated Master's in Chemistry is ideal if graduates want to go on to further chemistry research or study, or work in the chemical or pharmaceutical industries. Chemistry plays a key role in tackling some of the world’s biggest problems. Students will explore renewable energy and its storage, cleaner and more efficient processes for manufacturing chemicals, and medicines and treatments for disease. This program is taught by academics at the forefront of chemistry research, giving them the opportunity to develop their knowledge in wide range of areas.
