The Undergraduate Foundation Program (UFP) offers successful students guaranteed progression to the University of Southampton. This program is designed to prepare international students, who have completed senior secondary education, for entry to undergraduate studies at the University of Southampton.
This program includes English and three academic subject modules. There are three academic pathways to choose from and candidates will study the pathway most suited to their chosen progression degree. The pathways are: Business, Economics, Finance and Management, Life Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences and Art and Design.
The Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering focuses on sustainability. On completion, graduates will have the skills to help the world transition to a more sustainable future. The demand is high for chemical engineering graduates. Students will have excellent job prospects in sectors such as food, energy, pharmaceuticals and biochemicals.
Chemical engineering is a multi-disciplinary branch of engineering, focused on using chemicals and materials to design sustainable processes and giving them practical applications in the real world.
