The International Foundation Programme (IFP) Engineering prepares students for university study in the UK. It also helps them develop their academic skills and improve their ability to use English in an academic context, together with building their subject knowledge.
Through this Bachelor of Science - Aircraft Maintenance Engineering program at USW, students will gain a degree at the top university in Wales for aerospace engineering (Guardian University Guide 2023) – plus the qualifications required for the Part-66 B1.1 basic aircraft maintenance licence, achieved through real-world experiences that will help kick-start students' career.
Students will join USW's supportive community on a highly practical course accredited by the UK's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
